Showing off our latest product at the Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio Launch!

On Thursday 21st June Consalia and Aviso came together at Hubhub Worship Square in central London to celebrate the launch of our new joint product: Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio!

In case you don't already know, Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio is a joint project between Consalia and AI experts Aviso. The goal? To bring Dr Philip Squire's Sales Mindsets into the AI age.

What that means is an AI tool that can analyse salespeople's conversations, provide feedback and coaching, perform real-time role-play exercises, generate analytics at both individual and team levels, and more. All with one big difference compared with other similar tools: this is an AI that has been personally trained by Dr Philip Squire on his Sales Mindsets framework.

We know that shifting mindsets can transform sales performance. But we also know that shifting mindsets is hard, especially at scale.

With Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio, every salesperson in an organisation can get mindset-led feedback on every single call, reflect on it, and steadily nurture the mindsets that customers want to see.

 

Our launch event began with networking drinks, with team members from Consalia, Aviso, and our Spanish partners Development Systems starting the conversation with our guests about how they feel mindsets and AI can drive performance at their organisations

 

The event kicked off in earnest with Consalia CEO Dr Philip Squire giving some background on the Sales Mindsets and how he went about training the AI - beginning with feeding it his published works and even podcast and talk transcripts, before moving into an iterative process of feeding back to the developers on the AI's output.

It was a long process of over six months, but he was aiming for "97% accuracy on the analysis phase", and anything less wouldn't meet our high standards.

 

We were also keen to hear from our guests about the challenges they're facing in their organisations and why they decided to join us at the launch event.

We received some fascinating feedback which will definitely influence future versions of the Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio, as well as some of our other content as we enter the AI age!  

 

Aviso's CPO Ofer Zilberman then provided background on Aviso and the key problems they believe AI can help solve for salespeople, including forecasting and decision acceleration.

The Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio brings a crucial mindset element to Aviso's huge existing portfolio of tools that was previously missing.

 

Ofer then handed over to Aviso's Senior Product Manager Shrikant Krishnan Iyer for the first ever live demo of Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio!

We saw, in real time, how the tool can analyse conversations, provide both feedback and coaching prompts, and even summon up a "digital twin" of Dr Philip Squire for users to question about how to improve their mindsets!

 

After a short break we Shrikant returned to walk through some of the other features of Aviso that our guests had expressed interest in, including Halo, Aviso's "single pane of glass" for revenue. Sales Mindsets Intelligence Studio is available as a standalone product, but becomes even more powerful when combined with Aviso's full suite of products and integrations.

We're extremely excited to share this new product with the world, and help it grow even better in the months and years to come as Aviso's technology keeps improving!
