Consalia today announced the introduction of a range of Accelerated learning programmes for Sales Professionals. These programmes are aimed at Senior executives who do not have the time for longer accredited professional development, or professionals interested in specific topics. The accelerator programmes offer much more rigour than traditional sales training.
Dr Philip Squire, CEO at Consalia explains: “We have had a lot of interest from Companies asking us to distil the essence of our most popular degree modules into short form programmes for busy executives or line managers. We have done that with these new Accelerator programmes but at the same time managed to ensure that learning is embedded for the future.”
Initially, Accelerator programmes are available to cover Topics such as Mindsets for Sales and Sales Leadership, Advanced Negotiation, Coaching for Sales Transformation, Cracking the Code, Winning at Key Account Management and Thinking Innovatively about Sales. Each programme duration is typically 2 to 3 days but a work-based project is used to embed learning and provide feedback after the formal sessions.
The Accelerator programmes are initially available for company specific programmes, but it is planned to open these to multi-client cohorts in future.
Consalia operates the UK’s only dedicated Sales Business School offering Degree, Master’s Degrees and short Executive programmes. In addition, Consalia offers a consultancy service to help companies transform their Sales performance.
