This part of the module focuses on helping you to understand your inner potential and how you can harness it to achieve sales success.

You will learn about the importance of self-awareness, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, and how to use your unique qualities to build stronger relationships with customers. This may involve exploring concepts such as emotional intelligence, communication skills, and developing a growth mindset.

Assess your current performance against the Sales Mindsets

Are you performing to the Sales Mindsets? This section aims to help you assess your current sales performance against a set of established values which were a result of our CEO’s doctorate on “How do customers want to be sold to?”.

These mindsets are Authenticity, Client-Centricity, Proactive Creativity and Tactful Audacity. Through self-assessment and feedback from peers and instructors, you will gain a better understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement in each of these areas.

This final section focuses on helping you apply the insights gained from the first two learning outcomes to improve your sales performance. You will learn how to set goals, create action plans, and implement strategies to build on your strengths and address your weaknesses.

This may involve developing new skills, adopting new sales techniques, and practicing sales scenarios with peers and instructors to build confidence and competence in the sales process.
