We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jesus Llamazares as our newest leadership team member! Bringing over 25 years of experience spanning corporate consulting and entrepreneurial ventures, Jesus will focus on expanding Consalia’s consulting practice to complement our unique Sales Business School in his new role as Head of Consulting.
Expanding Consalia’s Consulting Footprint
While the Consalia Sales Business School remains central to our positioning, the growing consulting practice aims to provide hands-on, practical support that translates learning into measurable business outcomes. Jesus Llamazares’s deep experience in strategy and transformation makes him uniquely suited to lead this effort.
“My focus is on elevating Consalia’s consulting capabilities to match the excellence of its educational programs,” Jesus said. “The goal is to ensure our clients have the strategic guidance and actionable insights they need to implement meaningful change, in addition to the mindsets and skills developed through the Sales Business School.”
Jesus will also be looking to leverage Consalia’s newer digital products (online learning hub Consalia Online and account planning app Phoebe) to cocreate more holistic solutions that align with their clients’ unique challenges. Jesus says one of his key goals is “integrating Consulting and Digital into the very DNA of our client solutions.”
A Proven Leader in Transformation
Jesus’s career has been built on driving transformation across diverse contexts. His decade at Accenture provided the foundation for his strategic and problem-solving expertise, while his leadership roles at Telefónica and entrepreneurial experience as CEO of BeRepublic let him offer a unique perspective on building agility into organisations.
“Helping companies adapt to market challenges and embrace change has been the cornerstone of my career,” he explained. “At Consalia, I will apply this expertise to build a consulting practice that is as client-focused and impactful as its Academy and digital services.”
